ATHANATOS is an emerging fashion house based in Dubai, creating sculptural clothing through curved construction, controlled negative space and the geometry of the blue lotus.

THE BLUE LOTUS IS THE GENERATIVE SYMBOL OF ATHANATOS, A REFLECTION OF TRANSFORMATION, BALANCE AND RENEWAL.
ITS OPENING PETALS INFORM THE HOUSE’S CURVED SEAMS, SCULPTURAL PANELS AND CONTROLLED NEGATIVE SPACE. THE FLOWER IS NOT APPLIED AFTER A GARMENT IS DESIGNED; ITS GEOMETRY IS TRANSLATED INTO THE GARMENT ITSELF.
A SYMBOL BECOMES STRUCTURE. STRUCTURE BECOMES IDENTITY.

THE HORSEMAN IS THE FOUNDING EMBLEM OF ATHANATOS.
THE HORSE REPRESENTS FREEDOM, ENDURANCE AND FORWARD MOVEMENT, WHILE THE RIDER EMBODIES DISCIPLINE, PURPOSE AND COMMAND. TOGETHER, THEY EXPRESS THE STRENGTH REQUIRED TO PURSUE AN IDEA BEYOND ITS MOMENT.
AS THE HOUSE EVOLVED, THAT STRENGTH FOUND BALANCE IN THE BLUE LOTUS. THE HORSEMAN PRESERVES THE ORIGIN OF ATHANATOS; THE LOTUS SHAPES THE DESIGN LANGUAGE THROUGH WHICH THE HOUSE NOW MOVES FORWARD.
